At the Rose City Cigar & Soul Festival, we believe that some of the most meaningful opportunities begin with a conversation. Cigars, Capital & Culture was created to explore how the relationships we build can become the foundation for entrepreneurship, cooperative economics, wealth creation, and generational legacy.

This inaugural conversation introduces The Hive, a framework developed by James Marshall that challenges us to think differently about ownership, collaboration, and collective investment. Rather than viewing networking as an end in itself, The Hive asks a more important question: How do we transform relationships into shared opportunity?

Moderated by Yuel Chevalier Neal, this dynamic conversation brings together James Marshall, Founder of The Hive and President & CEO of Marshall Wealth Management; Temi Bush, entrepreneur, strategic connector, and Founder of Serendipity Cigars; and Drew Howard and Joe Gutierrez, Co-Founders of Superior Standard Cigars.
